Marlin has been dealing with a lack of consistent access to safe drinking water for decades. This lack of safe drinking water impacts our quality of life, especially low-income residents that have to pay for bottled water in addition to their water bill. Faith, Hope and Charity is interested in access to safe drinking water in our homes, schools, businesses, churches, etc.
